When will I get a response?
In a few hours or less! As always if you are looking to find matching furniture or a particular style, please send us pictures! We will send recommendations at no cost. We are always excited to help our clients find the best luxury furniture & accessories.
We reply daily on weekdays. When we are free on weekends we always respond. (Especially if your needs are time sensitive)

How do items ship?
We recommend reading our return policy. At the bottom you will find SHIPPING RATES & LEAD TIMES which details everything you need to know regarding delivery.
Are there more products?
We are actively expanding our catalog and will likely double our product selection in the upcoming weeks this December. Bookmark our website to check out new products and brands.
If you find an item from any of our brands, we can order it for you with the best possible price even if it is not listed on our website

Where can I find storage?

Where are the bookshelves?

Where are the plant decorations?
We sell botanicals, decorative flowers and plants. John Richard carries hundreds of these products. We recommend visiting John Richard’s website to find these accessories.
